Eligibility for the HCY Program

Here are the requirements for HCY eligibility in Missouri. You must be:


  • A Missouri Resident
  • Under 21 Years of Age
  • In Need of Medically Necessary Services
  • Enrolled in MO Healthnet (formerly Medicaid)
